Unofficial tool

PKM SaveEdit is an independent, unofficial fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to Nintendo Co., Ltd., Game Freak Inc., Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company or any of their subsidiaries or licensees. "Pokémon" and all game names are trademarks of their respective owners; they are used on this site purely descriptively, to indicate which save file formats the tool can read and write.

No game content is distributed

This site does not distribute, host or link to game ROMs, game code, console firmware, official artwork, or decryption keys of any kind. The editor processes save files that you supply yourself — files that your own game or emulator created on your own device. Nothing is uploaded or downloaded from this site except the editor code itself.

Your save, your risk

• Editing a save file can corrupt it. Always keep a backup of your original file before using the editor.
• The game treats a Pokémon with a broken data checksum as a "Bad Egg". The editor recomputes checksums automatically, but you are responsible for verifying results in your game.
• Using edited Pokémon or modified saves with online services — trading, battling, migration tools or any connected feature — carries a risk of account action up to and including bans, and may violate the terms of those services. Any such use is entirely at your own risk.

No warranty

The tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The authors are not liable for any damages, data loss or consequences arising from its use.

Trademarks

All product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
